1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ChartGaze (the website, dashboard, APIs, MCP tools, and related services at chartgaze.live), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ChartGaze.

2. The service

ChartGaze provides market data access, economic calendar context, account connectivity helpers, alerts, and tools that let AI assistants (for example Claude or ChatGPT via MCP) interact with markets under your direction. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by AI agents that you authorize to use ChartGaze.

4. No investment advice

ChartGaze is software infrastructure. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Market data, signals, AI outputs, and analytics are for informational and operational purposes only.

5. Trading & risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. You alone decide how to use data, connect brokers or exchanges, and execute trades. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for complying with broker, exchange, and local laws.

6. AI agents & API / MCP use

If you connect an AI agent or third-party client to ChartGaze, you remain responsible for its prompts, permissions, and any orders or side effects it triggers. Do not share API keys or tokens publicly. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive or unsafe usage.

7. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans grant access to billed features for the stated period. Fees are charged through our payment providers. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are non-refundable. Free tiers may have usage limits that we can change with notice on the site.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse ChartGaze to break the law, attack systems, scrape beyond allowed API use, reverse engineer in violation of law, resell access without permission, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

ChartGaze branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You retain rights to your own content and configurations. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartGaze and its operators are not liable for trading losses, data delays, AI mistakes, third-party broker outages, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
