This Privacy Policy explains how ChartGaze (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use chartgaze.live, our dashboards, APIs, MCP integrations, and related services.

2. Information we collect

Account data — email, name/profile details from sign-up or Google OAuth, and authentication identifiers.
Usage data — product interactions, device/browser basics, IP address, and logs needed for security and reliability.
Product data — watchlists, alerts, billing status, API/MCP usage, and connected trading-account metadata required to run the service.
Payment data — handled by our payment processors; we typically receive confirmation and subscription status, not full card numbers.

3. How we use information

Provide, secure, and improve ChartGaze.
Authenticate you (including Google Sign-In).
Process subscriptions and support requests.
Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Google Sign-In / OAuth

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information Google shares with us (typically email and name) according to your Google account permissions. We use that only to create and manage your ChartGaze account. ChartGaze’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with processors that help us run the product (hosting, database/auth such as Supabase, email, analytics, and payment providers), under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and operational data while your account is active and as needed for security, billing disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account by emailing support@chartgaze.live. You can also disconnect Google access from your Google Account permissions at any time.

9. Children

ChartGaze is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

We may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. By using ChartGaze you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
